- Represented numerous clients against private "bounty-hunter" plaintiffs who alleged violations of California’s "Prop. 65," the 1986 law that requires labeling and notice of all exposure to carcinogens and reproductive toxins. Also advise on how to comply with Prop 65 to avoid violations and claims. Settlement amounts were a small fraction of the plaintiffs' initial demands, and sometimes involved innovative application of technology or reformulated products, by the clients.
